- Book your free patch test or consultation first if you need one. See below for which treatments need one.
Before your first visit
- Hair colour, brow tints and lash tints need a free patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment
- Eyelash extensions need a free glue test at least 48 hours before
- Aesthetics, protein hair treatments and semi permanent eyeliner start with a free consultation
- Hair extensions and haircuts do not need a patch test or consultation, so you can book straight in
Without the patch test, we are not able to go ahead with the treatment, so please book it in plenty of time.
What to bring to your appointment
- Protein hair treatments: come with clean hair, washed the day before with shampoo only and no conditioner, and stop using oils and serums one week before
- Semi permanent eyeliner: wear glasses rather than contact lenses on the day
- Waxing: let the hair grow to a medium length, as very short hair can be left behind
Opening hours to suit you
We are open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, and Thursday from 3pm to 8pm, which is ideal if you work during the day. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
