Glamaholic Policy

Below is a list of our clinic policies, which each client must adhere to during treatments with Glamaholic.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to the team members of Glamaholic, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance by email and text because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you might have booked a while ago.
We also send you an email when you make the booking, so it's easy to track and you can also change appointments on our online booking service. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Deposit is not refundable in case you do not comply with our policy so please make sure you cancel or reschedule in the right frame time of our policy.
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount or if you have paid for a course in advance a treatment will be forfeited.
If you have paid a booking fee/deposit, then this will be forfeited, and you will need to pay another fee if you wish to rebook.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
We have a strictly no refunds policy so please make sure you are entirely happy before committing yourself to services, if you fall pregnant or are taking medication that contraindicates the treatment we will transfer any credit to other treatments or the treatments will be kept on your file until you can until you can recommence the treatment.
CHILDREN
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you whilst having treatment.
We do not have the facilities to care for children. No children under the age of 12 should be left in reception without a responsible adult present.
By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the above policies, Thank you for understanding.
Clients that fail to show up within 15 minutes of their appointment and give no notice, will be marked as a NO SHOW, and will be charged the appropriate LATE FEE
